Shopping with WearNPC
WearNPC offers apparel through wearnpc.com. By ordering, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policies. You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement or shop with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Products, prices and payments
Product details, available options and INR prices are displayed on each live product listing. Shipping and applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment. We do not ask you to send payment-card details by email. Payment processing is handled through the payment providers available at checkout.
Upcoming products
Listings marked “Dropping soon” or “Coming soon” are announcements only and are not available for purchase or preorder. Final artwork, specifications, sizes, price and availability will be confirmed before launch. A coming-soon announcement does not guarantee a release date.
Order fulfilment
Please review your selected product, size and delivery details before placing an order. We may be unable to fulfil an order because of an availability error, payment failure or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled amount to the original payment method. Estimated delivery is described in our Shipping Policy.
Cancellation
Customer-requested cancellation is not available once an order is placed. Please check the product, size and address before paying. If WearNPC cannot fulfil an order or cancels it, the amount paid for the unfulfilled order will be refunded to the original payment method. This restriction does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
Returns and exchanges
Our Refund Policy explains the 7-day request window, remedies for wrong or damaged goods and one-time voluntary size exchange. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. WearNPC pays authorised shipping for covered replacements and the one-time size exchange.
Website content and use
Do not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or reproduce content without permission from its rights holder. Product photography and screens may show slight colour differences; this does not excuse products that materially differ from their advertised description.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are subject to applicable Indian law and consumer protections. Updates apply prospectively; the terms disclosed when an order is placed govern that order, subject to law. Nothing here prevents you from using legally available consumer dispute-resolution channels.
Your consumer rights
These policies do not exclude or limit remedies available under applicable Indian consumer law, including for defective, deficient, misdescribed or undelivered goods and late delivery where the law requires a remedy. Statutory claims are not extinguished by our standard request window. Contact us so we can resolve the issue.
