India-only delivery
We currently deliver only to serviceable addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery estimate
Estimated total delivery time is 4–7 working days from order confirmation, including preparation and shipping. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. This is an estimate; serviceability, peak demand and courier disruptions may affect delivery. Any different product-specific estimate will be shown before ordering. We will communicate material delays and offer remedies where required by applicable law.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The amount shown at checkout applies to your order.
Fulfilment and tracking
Orders are prepared and delivered through our fulfilment and delivery partners. We will provide the available tracking information once an order is dispatched. WearNPC remains your contact for delivery issues, regardless of the partner handling the shipment.
Address and delivery issues
Provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Contact support@wearnpc.com promptly if you notice an address error; changes after processing or dispatch may not be possible. If a parcel is lost, arrives damaged, is marked delivered but missing, or exceeds the communicated delivery schedule, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Your consumer rights
These policies do not exclude or limit remedies available under applicable Indian consumer law, including for defective, deficient, misdescribed or undelivered goods and late delivery where the law requires a remedy. Statutory claims are not extinguished by our standard request window. Contact us so we can resolve the issue.
